Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase, M&M Lighting will be glad to accept returns/exchanges on
in-stock items. Please contact an online customer service representative
during normal business hours. Item that are generally not in-stock are
considered special orders and are non-returnable/refundable. Any items
purchased as an internet/online sale may be returned within 30 days of
receiving the item(s), but is subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Under
any circumstances, returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Original
shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipment charges for
returned items are at the shipper's own expense/responsibility. All
items are required to be returned in their original packaging and in new
condition. Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt with the
return item(s) circled and the reason for the return or exchange.
Returns without a receipt will not be accepted. Products must not have
been previously installed or used with the exception of manufacturer's
defects. Once we have received and verified your return, we will credit
the amount for the returned product(s) to your credit card account, less
original shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee. All sales on
clearance items are final and can not be returned, exchanged, or
refunded. If you are uncertain if your item(s) are returnable, please
contact a customer service representative at 713-667-5611. M&M Lighting
reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a 20% restocking fee for
items that do not satisfy the requirements.

Shipping Charges
The majority of the items shipped for internet sales
by M&M Lighting are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers.
Shipping charges are based on the origin ZIP code from the manufacturer
to the customer’s shipping address, as well as the dimensions of the
packaging. Please note that a drop ship fee may apply for some
manufacturers.
Shipping Damage
Inspect your purchase carefully and immediately upon
receipt. If you receive your purchase freight damaged, you must file a
claim with the shipping company. M&M Lighting does not take
responsibility for items damaged in shipment.
Special Orders
Any item that is not a normal stocking item is
considered a "special order". Any special ordered items are
non-returnable and non-refundable.
